This project was based on "Freccles" Friends of Eccles train station, we were asked to help them brighten up our local station by making a series of posters, each based on a different time of the stations history. My group designed the thrid board based on 1830, and the "cutting edge of technology", meaning ours was based on the industry of the time and mainly "the rocket" a train we know was made the year before and road the railway at the time, specifically the famous grand re-opening. It was also the first real project we got to make a purley digital outcome, which I must say I loved. Over the last two years I have been leaning more towards digital work, while still doing allot of hand drawn, painted, sculpted projects, this along with my personal projects are a real chance to hone my digital skills and especially with my personal projects, have more freedom in what direction I stear my work.
